Dennis Prout Is Built Into The Ranks Of Stanford Who's Who

Applying his industry knowledge from over 42 years of experience including 25 years of Business ownership in the Construction Industry including Manufacturing, Distribution and Contracting, Mr. Prout currently serves in the role of Business Development Manager with the Contracting Division of the Forman Group, which is New Zealand's largest specialist marketer, Installation and distributor of ceilings and interior wall systems; thermal and acoustic insulation; passive fire protection products; energy efficient LED lighting; and solar hot water heating systems. The Group represents leading manufacturers from New Zealand and across the globe, providing national coverage from their six branches.

In his position as Business Development Manager, Dennis is responsible for reviewing new products, assessing new Business opportunities and assessing software implementation. He also trains staff on how to use products and software. He is Passionate about his profession; Mr. Prout enjoys sharing his experience in the field, through his mentoring and educating of young professionals entering the building industry.

An innovative individual, Dennis was also responsible for inventing and patenting the Teg Tab, which is an exciting new product for use by Acoustical ceiling and partition installers. This revolutionary product has an easy snap-on fit allowing installers to save time and ensuring a consistent quality finish.

Evidencing his remarkable reputation in the industry, Dennis is an Executive Member of the Association of Wall and Ceiling Industries of New Zealand Inc., an organization for which he has also served in the role of President. He also serves as Chairman of the Interior Systems NAG on behalf of the AWCINZ for the Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation. Also a member of the Material advisory group for the New Zealand Green Building Council, Additionally, Dennis has been the co-author of various apprenticeship training documents.
