- Reduce your food portion size. Serve less on your plate.
- Keep fish, meat, and poultry portions to about 3 ounces.

- Nurture your body, mind, and soul by doing meditation, trying relaxation techniques like deep breathing exercises.
- You can actually start by learning an activity or do anything new. This would surely help you.
- Do not overeat out of frustration or boredom, instead try to do something like take a long walk or listen to music. (Do anything that you enjoy, but don?t overeat).
- Be creative and take care of your health, which the most precious gift that God has give you.
